Baby gorilla at Howlett's Wild Animal Park, Kent, UK.
This baby was clinging to it's daddy's back (a huge silverback gorilla) and they were in a temporary holding cage while the mother was being operated on at the park's veterinary unit. As I approached the cage, the father turned to show me his son. He looked so proud, it brought a lump to my throat. This work is protected by copyright and must not be downloaded, manipulated, stored, duplicated or re-used without the photographer's permission. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
